Fees

Orderfast applies a commission fee of 9.5% on the total sales amount, which includes transaction charges and other associated fees.

Sellers revenue payout

The seller’s sales revenue will be eligible for payout seven days after the product is delivered to the customer’s address. Sellers can submit a payout request using the payout request feature on the Sellers Platform Dashboard.

Delivery fees 

Customers are responsible for covering delivery fees for orders shipped from sellers to their addresses. However, sellers will bear the delivery costs if they are deemed responsible for returns, such as delivering incorrect products, damaged items, items with multiple functionalities, counterfeit products, or any other defects found in the products.
